Attach to Cloud, the Microsoft Outlook add-in that uploads your MS Outlook Attached Files to OneDrive

Attach to Cloud automatically uploads your Outlook attachments to OneDrive and replaces them with OneDrive shortcuts when sending the email.

Automatically

Attach your files in Outlook as usual, clicking the paperclip button or doing drag and drops.

Attach to Cloud Automatically uploads your MS Outlook attached files to OneDrive and replaces them by OneDrive shortcuts when your email is sent.

You can configure Attach to Cloud to operate fully automatically (no UI) or to display its Attached File Control Center.

Attach2Could can upload Outlook attached files to OneDrive conditionally, based on the size and the type of the attached files.

Conditionally

Only upload to OneDrive attached files exceeding a given size in MB and / or attached files of given file types.

For example, only upload to OneDrive all files over 5 MB plus all media and picture files like MP*, AVI, MOV, JPG and PNG files.

These options (as all other Attach to Cloud parameters and options) can be managed centrally using Windows Group Policies.

Attach2Could can upload Outlook attached files to OneDrive based on rules, for instance upload all video files in a Videos OneDrive folder.

Applying rules

Optionally specify target OneDrive folders for given attached file types.

For example, upload all attached picture files like JPG, PNG etc. to a OneDrive Pictures folder.

Attached files not directed to a specific OneDrive folder are uploaded to the default OneDrive Attachments folder (or to another OneDrive folder to be used as the default Attach to Cloud folder).

Attach to Cloud can delete the MS Outlook attached files it has uploaded to OneDrive after a given number of days. It so provides OneDrive with a per file elapsing date feature.

Setting elapsing dates

Optionally specify for how long you want to keep your uploaded attached files available in OneDrive; For instance 30 days.

Once this delay is expired, the files are automaticlaly deleted from OneDrive.

Attach to Cloud elapsing dates for the MS Outlook attached files uploaded to OneDrive avoid bloating your OneDrive storage with terabytes of outdated attached files.

Specifications Based on Large Customer Requirements

Because it is fully automatic and transparent, Attach to Cloud can be deployed on a massive scale without any prior training for the Outlook users.
